Fill out the Return Form provided and include it in your package.  Place the appropriate postage on your package and mail it to the address listed below.

Fill out the Exchange Form provided and include it in your package.  Make sure you include the size/color/style that you want to exchange your item(s) for.  If the item you want in exchange is more than your originally purchased item(s) then make sure to enclose proper payment for the difference.  If the item(s) you want in exchange is less then your originally purchased item(s) then the difference will be credited to you based on your original payment (if you paid cash then a check will be issued to you).  Place the appropriate postage on your package and mail it to the address listed below.
